Campaign HQ is officially open!

How exciting is it that we officially have a new campaign headquarters! No longer are we vexed to operate out of my extremely humble dwelling. Now we have a fabulous building on Paducah's amazing South Side complete with flags, campaign materials and office supplies. The Grand Opening Celebration was Thursday, August 21st (our baby's 1st Birthday). To add to the excitement over 40 supporters celebrated this monumentus event with us! They brought their enthusiasm and check books - for what more could one ask? Together we dined on the finer things in life like hot dogs and lumps of cheese. Who says Democrats don't know how to throw a party?
One of the best aspects of the evening was that WE GOT PRESS! The Paducah Sun and WPSDTV came out and took photos/video. Though WPSD didn't run any of the footage they filmed while at the headquarters, we're grateful for every little morsel of press we receive.

I read about your campaign via Russ Feingold's Progressive Patriots fund. I am so impressed with your courage and energy! I am not from KY but I do know Russ from living in WI a few years ago. Congrats on winning the Progressive Patriots award as well as starting up your campaign headquarters. I hope to see you added to the landslide Dem victories as Americans wise up and realize what is good for them! Good luck and thank you for being a great Democrat!

Alright Heather! Great pics! I looks like you're really getting it all together!
I wish Clay and I could've been there but we were getting ready to float down the Current River : ( I see Hal and Leslie made it and look wonderful as always. Great showing of support guys! Let's keep it going! Heather is one in a million and we need her voice speaking for us in Washington!
